Great service from showroom through to use. Advice and suggestions when we first looked in the showroom were helpful and knowledgeable as was everything discussed during the survey, after which we decided on an inset log burner. The installation was completed over the course of a day (even with a new lintel having to be fitted due to a little surprise which was not apparent until the work was being carried out). We are delighted with the result and love the log burner. Thanks to all at FBS Flues and can’t recommend them highly enough.

We have wanted a log burning stove installed in our property for a number of years but really struggled to find a supplier that would offer the full turnkey package of works, supply the stove, supply the flue and install both. After talking to a friend who recommended FBS flues as they had recently completed a complex installation for them we gave them a call and popped into their showroom. We cannot speak highly enough of the team at FBS flues, from start to finish they made the process simple and enjoyable. The showroom has a massive range to look at, and the sales team walked us through all the things to consider and various options step by step. The survey of our home was prompt and clearly well executed as the installation went without a hitch, with the hearth being templated the week before to allow for off site preparation and speed up the installation and avoid mess on site. The installation team were friendly and professional, took real care to protect our home during the installation works, and once completed they left no trace of the works undertook. They took time with us to explain how the stove works, how best to light it, clean it and maintain it going forward. We have had it installed now for a week and it has exceeded our expectations, given much enjoyment and made a house a home. We can't recommend FBS flues highly enough, thank you.
